Trout Roe, 500 g
Our trout roe comes from Danish marine and freshwater fish farms. The roe is processed in season, which runs from mid-December to the end of March.
The roe is subject to comprehensive quality controls throughout the process, with strict standards regarding size and colour of the eggs. As a result, only the finest roe end up as the final product.
The bare minimum of salt is added to preserve the roe, so they retain their distinctive flavour and smell.
