We are looking for an energetic, reliable and hands-on Operations & Logistics Assistant. Internally, we often refer to the role as an Operations Runner due to its dynamic and varied nature.
This role is ideal for someone taking a gap year, a recent graduate, a student looking for a full-time opportunity, or anyone who enjoys a varied workday with both practical and customer-facing responsibilities.
Your Responsibilities
No two days are exactly the same, but your tasks will typically include:
• Packing and preparing customer orders
• Delivering orders to customers in Copenhagen by bike and company car
• Coordinating shipments within Denmark and internationally
• Receiving and registering incoming goods
• Maintaining stock levels and warehouse organisation
• Supporting event logistics and special projects
• Assisting with various operational tasks as needed
Who You Are
We are looking for someone who:
• Takes pride in getting things done properly
• Is reliable, organised and detail-oriented
• Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team
• Is comfortable working independently
• Is service-minded and represents our brand professionally
• Holds a valid driving licence
• Speaks either Danish or English fluently (both are welcome)
• Is willing to help where needed during busy periods
Previous logistics or warehouse experience is not required.
Attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are more important than your CV.
